Introducing CSRQ Odie, a stunning 2.8 year old chocolate roan Cocker Spaniel – a sweet soul with eyes that will gaze straight into your heart ❤️

But don’t be fooled by those movie-star good looks… this girl still has the brain of a puppy and the energy to match! She’s cheeky, full of personality, and needs an experienced family willing to commit to consistent obedience training and boundaries.

What she’s mastered so far:

• House trained

• Uses a doggy door like a pro

• Crate trained (sleeps soundly at night as long as her beloved 'Ducky' is by her side)

• Walks quite well on a lead (until she sees another dog)

What she’s still learning:

• Not to bark so much; actually not to bark incessantly

• Jumping on humans isn’t always a great idea

• General obedience and calming her puppy brain impulses

• General recall

This beautiful girl is snuggly, playful, and would thrive in a home with another confident, well-behaved dog to show her the ropes. A canine mentor would help guide her into becoming the fabulous dog we know she can be.

She loves her toys, especially her ball – you’ll often find her just holding it in her mouth like it’s her most treasured possession.

What Odie needs from her new family:

• A patient, puppy experienced and energetic family

• Adults or older children (12+ years) – she gets too boisterous around little ones

• A willingness to invest time and energy into obedience training, lots of training

• A love of cuddles, squeaky toys, rewards and chocolatey personalities

If you’re not quite ready to put in the hard work or understand just how much work goes into training, she’s not the dog for you.
